Dance Masterclass: Sally Knight

Using guided improvisation and playful physicality, this workshop will draw on a range of movement techniques to explore how we can creatively channel energy to find new ways of moving the body. Drawing upon Sally’s extensive experience in both dance and theatre, we will delve with a sense of joyful curiosity into ways of creating physical character and emotional connection through movement, with the opportunity to work both quietly and explosively.

Sally Knight is a Choreographer, Movement Director and physical performer. She is the Artistic Director of Cscape and has taught movement for actors at degree level for the past 8 years. Sally draws upon 20 years experience as a performer, director and movement educator to create a playful and welcoming space.
