Parking Update
The multi-storey section of Moorfield Car Park in Truro will close from Tue 21 May. The ground floor and outside sections, as well as the parking area for reserved permit holders, remains open.

Getting to Hall for Cornwall
Hall for Cornwall is located in the centre of Truro, with entrances on both Lemon Quay and Boscawen Street. When visiting us for a performance we advise that you enter via our new main entrance on Boscawen Street, you will find the Box Office and Playhouse Bar on this side of the building.
When there is not a performance or other work taking place on the stage you will be able to walk from one side of the building to the other via our new Opeway behind the auditorium. During and from at least an hour before a performance there will be no access to the Opeway.
Our Cafe is located just inside the Lemon Quay entrance and you will be able to enter the auditorium from this side if you are already in possession of your tickets.

Opening Times
The Box Office in the Boscawen Street foyer is now open 2pm-5pm Monday to Saturday, and around performance times.

Please note: On 6th May Bank Holiday Monday the Box Office in the Boscawen Street foyer will open 4pm to 7pm and the phone line will be closed for the day. The cafe will open at 1pm.
Parking
The nearest Car Park to the theatre is Garras Wharf (long stay), TR1 2TN. where there are 19 disabled parking bays. All Cornwall Council car parks offer £2 overnight parking after 4pm.
From the car park to our Boscawen Street entrance:
Access from the car park is via a sub way with a slope up to Lemon Quay which is flat. There is a dropped kerb on to the pavement outside the Pannier Market. Access can be gained through Tinners court (next to the market) which is flat and taking a left on to Princes Street which then becomes Boscawen Street. Please bear in mind that in the evening, Tinners Court will be closed and customers may have to divert along Green Street (by Truro Bus Station) or Lemon Street to get to and from Garras Wharf.
Other nearby car parks include; Lemon Quay Multi Storey Car Park (M&S) and Tabernacle Street. Please note, these are not Cornwall Council car parks.

Disabled Parking Bays
Truro has limited on street disabled parking bays situated in the city centre, available on
Lemon Street, Boscawen Street, River Street, King Street, Duke Street
Blue Badge holders must display their badges clearly. Cornwall Council (CC) own most of the car parks in Truro. Blue Badge holders are allowed to park for free in a CC car park if they have a vehicle that is adapted or they are registered on the CC exemption scheme. Park & Ride
For those visiting us during the day there are two park & rides in Truro which are linked to each other, Langarth Park & Tregurra. The Park & Ride sites are open between the hours of 06:30-20:30.
Langarth (TR4 9AN) – This is on the Western side of Truro and can be found on the A390 at Threemilestone. From the A30, head towards Truro (A390) from the Chiverton Cross Roundabout and turn left (signposted) just before the Threemilestone Roundabout.
Tregurra (TR1 1RH) – This is on the Eastern side of Truro and can be found near the junction of the A39 and A390 at Union Hill. From the A30, head towards Truro (A39) at the Carland Cross Roundabout and turn left (signposted) just after the Truro Livestock Market. From the A390 head towards Truro and turn right (signposted).
There are blue badge bays at both park & ride sites.
Disabled parking rules in Truro – Cornwall Council
If you display your blue badge correctly and your vehicle isn’t causing an obstruction, you can park in or on:
- Limited parking areas – for an unlimited time
- Yellow lines – for 3 hours or less
- Resident parking zones – for 3 hours or less
- Disabled bays – for an unlimited time unless roadside signs show time limits
Public Transport
Buses – The main bus station in Truro is on Green Street.

Rail – Truro Train station is situated west of the main city centre, on a hill. The mainline London Paddington train stops at Truro as well as the branch line to Falmouth.
