Ages 18+, suitable for professional artists, dance practitioners and those in professional training (degree level).

Join us for a dynamic and playful dance class that celebrates the freedom of movement, bringing power, ownership, and connection. In a warm, supportive atmosphere, you’ll explore movement through play, express yourself, and connect with others.

Expect to roll, crawl, jump, and run with joyful abandonment while honing technical care and precision. A large portion of the class will keep you moving through a “follow me” style series, with simple technical exercises sprinkled in. We’ll finish with a juicy combination, allowing you to express your energy and freedom, all while building strength through dynamic body conditioning.
